Input Instructions
  • The user may submitt one sequence each time, at the appropriate input text-area.
  • The sequence has to be in FASTA format or plain text, and no unidentified residues (e.g X) are allowed.
  • For the decoding process 3 algorithms are available 1) Viterbi 2) N-best and 3) Posterior decoding with a dynamic programming algorithm.
  • You may choose one or more methods, by checking in the corresponding boxes. Remember that N-best is memory consumable and may slow down your request.
